“Australian”, spelled “Australien” in French, I believe, is a noun meaning a man from Australia. In lower case, “australien” or “australienne” is an adjective, as in la politique australienne. I shall guess that the person doing the sub-titles is a Canadian from QuĂ©bec, a quĂ©bĂ©cois, accustomed to using the French spellings, “Australien” and “australien”.
Juice spells it that way as a joke.
